What you get
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is the formal record of the condition of your fixed wiring. It is the main way duty holders show they are maintaining their electrical installation so far as reasonably practicable under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. This package is designed for small offices, shops, cafés, surgeries and units with a single distribution board.
- Inspection & testing to BS 7671 by NICEIC-approved inspectors
- Covers 1 distribution board and up to 20 circuits
- Observations coded C1 / C2 / C3 / FI with photographs
- Digital EICR, schedule of test results and plain-English summary
- Additional boards from £95 each — confirmed before work starts
How it works
- Book online and tell us about access, opening hours and any previous certificates.
- We confirm a date (including early-morning, evening or weekend slots) and send a short pre-visit checklist.
- Our inspector carries out visual inspection and testing, agreeing sampling with you where appropriate. Power interruptions are kept as short as possible and planned with you.
- You receive your digital EICR, typically within a few working days, plus a fixed-price quotation for any remedial work.
