Projects that show how we work
Since 2004, JKS London has delivered electrical, M&E and building works for clients across London and the South East. These case studies give a flavour of the range of buildings we work in and the care we bring to each one.
Our projects span residential developments, professional and heritage premises, industrial units, healthcare settings and retirement villages. What they have in common is the need to deliver technically sound, compliant work while respecting the people who use the building and the building itself.
Each case study follows the same structure: who the client is, what they needed, what our scope covered, how we delivered it and what the outcome was. They show how we plan access, manage disruption, work safely alongside other trades and hand over clear records at the end.

Competence you can verify
We are an NICEIC-approved contractor with CHAS and SafeContractor accreditation, and our work is tested and certified to BS 7671.

These case studies are a small sample of our work. Alongside project work, we provide ongoing compliance testing and maintenance for clients in each of our four sectors:
