Based in Sidcup, working across London and the South East
JKS London is based in Sidcup, Kent (DA14), on the border of south-east London and Kent. From here we serve clients across every London borough, the home counties and further afield where our multi-site clients need us.
Our location gives us quick access to central London, the A2, A20 and M25, and the routes into Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Essex. That helps us plan efficient visits, respond to maintenance needs and group work for clients with several sites in the same area.
We have been looking after buildings across the region since 2004, from offices and restaurants to retirement villages, healthcare premises and airport concessions.

Close to home
South-east London and north-west Kent
Our Sidcup base sits in the London Borough of Bexley, a short drive from Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham, Dartford and Swanley. Buildings in this part of the region range from offices and retail parades to depots, industrial units along the Thames and residential blocks, and we look after all of these building types.
Being close by makes it easier to fit in follow-up visits, remedial works after an EICR and small jobs that would be uneconomic for a contractor travelling from further away.
Central London
The City of London, Westminster, Southwark, Camden and the surrounding boroughs contain some of the most demanding buildings in the country: busy offices, restaurants, professional premises such as those of The College of Optometrists, transport hubs and historic buildings. Works here often need to be carried out at night or at weekends, with careful planning for access, deliveries and parking. We plan for these constraints as a matter of course.
The wider South East
Further out, we support clients across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Essex and Hertfordshire. This includes retirement villages, GP practices, hospitals, industrial units and commercial premises, as well as the airports that serve London and the South East.
Airport clients
From Southampton to East Midlands
Our airport work takes us beyond the South East. We maintain commercial kitchens, restaurants and retail outlets at major airports including Southampton, East Midlands, London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Stansted and Luton.
For concession operators with outlets at several airports, we can provide one consistent service across all of them. We plan visits to fit each airport’s security, permit and escort arrangements, and report in the same format for every site.
